Instructor Biographies


Megan Fifield

Megan is the Swim School Manager for the Roswell location. She has lived in Georgia all her life. Megan was a lifeguard for seven years and taught private lessons through out that time. She was a lifeguard and manager at the University of Georgia’s pool for 3 years. She still maintains her CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding and AED certifications. Getting to work with children is the best part of her day! Megan loves to see the children’s skills progress through the session and even on to the swim team.

Chelsea Bucci

Chelsea is CPR certified and currently swims for Centennial High School. She has swam competitively at SwimAtlanta for seven years in the past. She has been swimming since she was five years old and has a love for the sport. Chelsea has been teaching lessons at SwimAtlanta for a little over a year and enjoys the rewarding experience of seeing kids grow while learning new strokes and skills.

Pleasure Dominique

Pleasure is from New Iberia, Louisiana (Tabasco and Sugarcane country). She’s worked in aquatics since 1994, and since she’s only 27 years old, that’s half her life! She loves kids and has taught in both public and private school systems. She’s worked in all areas of aquatics from lifeguarding to swim instructing. She has worked for several companies, including the New Iberia Recreation Department, Walt Disney World, Miller Swim Academy. She has finally found a happy home here at SwimAtlanta where teaching, swimming, and watching the swimmers grow is her pleasure.

Emily Kirk

Emily is WSI certified and has been teaching swim lessons for four years, three and a half of which have been at SwimAtlanta. She grew up swimming in Kansas City and Arizona and has always had a love for the water! She enjoys teaching at SwimAtlanta both for all the kids she gets to meet and have fun with and because she just can’t get enough of the people she works with. Teaching is always a rewarding experience for her especially when she is able to help a challenging student. Emily loves to have fun in her lessons and actually looks forward to coming to work each day.

Ericka Moore

Ericka is from Kansas City, Kansas. She is new to Georgia and really loves it here. She loves kids and helping them learn, whether in or out of the water. Swimming has always been a fun hobby of Ericka's and she enjoys helping others to improve their techniques in swimming. She has had a lot of experience with children with all the years she spent babysitting
