We are accepting mail-in registration until further notice.
- All forms MUST be completely filled out in order to mail in your registration!

- All classes are on a first-come first-serve basis with a 6 child maximum. You will be contacted if your class is full. You will then be able to use your second choice class. If no other options work, your payment will be returned.
- Your payment MUST be included with all of your registration paperwork. A student's spot will NOT be held in any class without payment.
